• When does the final payment have to be made? → After customer has received assurance of the finished item, payment must be made within 5 business days

• Is it scratch resistant? → No, our furniture requires protection 

• Do I have to use coasters and heat mats? → Yes 

• Can it be flat packed? → Yes 

• Do we charge for delivery for custom orders & furniture? → Yes, this is dependant on size, weight & location

• Can we assemble on site: → Yes, at buyer’s expense
