Our Terms & Policy
Timber is a natural living organism and all of our timber has been aged, dried, stabilised and reinforced by us personally. However, given that the timber we use is 100% natural there is always a possibility that it will move, shrink or expand in a change of climate or temperature. This is just a simple fact of nature and can never be guaranteed 100% by anyone.
Each and every product used by APL Creations is 100% food grade safe and certified.
APL Creations does not accept any liability or claims made in relation to any products whatsoever. No two products can ever be replicated and we will only warranty a claim based on a damaged product caused by mishandling during the course of delivery.
Coasters are a must-use on all timber and resin surfaces. APL Creations does not provide warranty for sweat marks, heat marks, and cup/mug marks from not using the correct protective products such as coasters and heat mats.
APL Creations has free creative rights on all custom made orders.
Natural timber imperfections such as cracks and splits are utilised to create character and uniqueness in our designs. They certainly cannot and will not be eliminated.
